2. Click on Payment.

3. Click on the blue plus button to add a card

4. Fill out the following fields for ACH Bank Account:

4A: Select the Method: Bank Account or Credit Card

4B: Select the Type: Checking, Savings, or Business Checking

4C: Enter the Account Number

4D: Re-enter the Account Number for verification

4E: Enter the Routing number for the account

4F: Re-enter the Reouting Number on the Account

4G: Enter the code on the card

4H: Enter the zipcode associated with the account

5. Fill out the following fields for Credit Cards:

5A: Enter the First and Last name as it appears on the card

5B: Enter the credit card Number

5C: Enter the expiration date

5D: Enter the CVV code from the back of the card

5E: Enter the street address of the billing location

5F: Enter the billing city

5G: Enter the billing state

5H: Enter the billing zip code

6. Once all fields have been entered, select the Add button
