First Time Setup and Customizations

When setting up the Pack and Kin software for the first time, it is recommended that users perform the following functions to ensure that their accounts can accurately accept payment for shipments, set competitive pricing, and have access to the support tools so that shipping labels can be printed and shipments weighed. When working on deployment, your account manager will work with you to address the following:

  • Add a default “Ship From” Address
  • Import an Address Book
  • Digital Wallet – Setup Method of Payment
  • Digital Wallet – Add Money to your wallet
  • Digital Wallet – Auto Refill
  • Add common package sizes
  • Setup Digital Scale for Shipment Processing
  • Rating a Package/Purchasing a Label
  • Void a Printed Label
